Include the email connected to your Nearvy account, your device model, app version, and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send passwords, verification codes, payment card details, or store receipts containing sensitive information.

Report a person or event

Nearvy includes reporting inside the app. Open the relevant person’s profile or event details and choose Report. Select the reason and add useful context. You can also block a person from their profile; blocked people are hidden from each other across relevant discovery and chat surfaces.

Immediate danger

Nearvy support is not an emergency service. If you or someone else is in immediate danger, leave the situation and contact the local emergency services where you are.
